SUPPLY AND SITE CONDITIONS: 415V, 50Hz, 3 PHASE

Variation In supply voltage and frequencies are as par I5325, Standard

motors are suitable for operation at an ambient temperature of 450C and

altitude up to 1000m.

Motors for operation at other voltage and higher ambulant temperature

can be offered on request.

WINDINGS

The stators and wound rotors are generally wound with copper strip conductors with class 'F insulation. stator windings are brazed and wound rotor overhangs are banded with resin impregnated glass fiber tapa to withstand momentary overloads and peak loads.

BALANCING / TESTS

Every rotor is dynamically balanced to a higher degree of precision to

ensure smooth running.

Motors are subjected to Routine and Type tests in accordance with IS:325

standards.
